OneSubsea, A Schlumberger company, currently have exciting opportunities for two Technical Support Engineers to join our team based in Celle. The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Answers requests incoming from internal and external Customers with regards to Fault finding, Software Tickets, FPRs and similar issues. Communication systems are Telephone, E-Mail and further supporting databases (Excel, SAP, etc.)
• Execute technical investigations and solve issues raised on Controls equipment; make sure that findings and solutions are properly documented
• The Technical Support Engineers supports his colleagues in the field as well as internal and external customers
• The TSE should be able to review existing documentation in SAP, analyze issues remotely down to detail and suggest ways forward in terms of safe Oil / Gas Field operations
• Performs special assignments and supports Investigation and troubleshooting for Product Support and other departments, partnering to the Engineering Product Managers for all Engineering disciplines
• Provide remote assistance, potentially 24/7 with mobile phone and on-call to Operations/Field Service and other OneSubsea plants with regard to the handling, commissioning and testing of Controls equipment
• Ensures all Cameron procedures, HSE guidelines as well as international standards and norms applicable for the Controls system are met
• Reports activity regularly through the appropriate channels
• Electrical, Mechanical or Oil and Gas Degree Education is essential for this role
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is essential
• Knowledge in application of current PC office applications (MS Office)
• Field experience in Oil & Gas Industry and or a background in customer support services is required.

• Readiness to travel on short notice, potentially including hardship countries
