The Intern Recruitment Marketing will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with the execution of internal and external marketing projects. You will have an impact on our ability to drive increasingly more qualified candidates to our organization, more quickly and more cost-effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
Event Planning

  • Participate in the planning and execution of hiring events and conferences—includes both PAREXEL- and industry-hosted events, whether they are in-person or virtual
  • Coordinate the advertisement of events through leveraging TA assets and Corporate Marketing resources

Recruitment Social Media Marketing

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Corporate Brand Guidelines and Recruitment Concept to creatively support PAREXEL’s employer brand in social networks
  • Actively create content for social media channels, engage with communities and social media monitoring
  • Work with global TA marketing team to understand sourcing challenges and develop creative solutions

Administration and Support

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with posting job openings externally as needed
  • Maintain marketing materials inventory, and coordinate ordering new materials from approved vendors
  • Support the local Talent Acquisition team in the written application process
  • Research the labor market and competitors to assist with strategy building
  • Support in current and future projects 
  • Create and edit spreadsheets, presentations and job posts in Microsoft Office programs
  • Keep the Talent Acquisition calendars up to date
  • Able to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Enrolled in a university for at least 1 more year
  • Flexible and change oriented with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Client focused approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work with multiple stakeholders and to value the importance of teamwork
  • Experienced with Microsoft based applications
  • General knowledge of Adobe software, i.e. Photoshop and InDesign

  • Bachelor Student in Marketing, Communication Design, Media or an equivalent vocational training

Language Skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Japanese, or Hindi is a plus

Minimum Work Experience
  • First experience within an office environment, ideally in marketing
