Senior Specialist HR Services (m/f)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Responsible for correct and timely administration of the monthly payroll processes and systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be Perform standard and complex audits of HR Data, programmes and processes on a DACH-level
  • Provide consultancy services and service excellence to employees and the HR community regarding general and more complex Payroll topics
  • Handle standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket self-service, eMail and telephone
  • Timely execute HR Payroll related standard and complex tasks according to defined processes, timetables and service levels in compliance with regional and local policies, e.g.
  • Carry out payroll run for relevant group of employees
  • Support continuous improvement of payroll processes as well as usage of systems
  • Support the reconciliations of the finance accounts related to payroll results
  • Match monthly posting documents in collaboration with the local data management team, payroll specialists in the market, finance and controlling departments
  • Provide timely reporting and generation of statements and ensure corresponding communication to tax authorities, social insurance and all other governmental institutions
  • Monitor of incoming payments from dept claims
  • Ensure accurate account assignment of wage types in SAP-HR
  • Managing the modification of systems and processes related to Payroll Management in order to ensure correct execution of laws and compliance to company policies
  • Creating user manuals and process mappings
  • Provide Input for modifications to company policies and regulations
  • Support projects and modification of systems and processes in order to ensure correct execution of laws and compliance to company policies
  • Preparing training material and training the HR Services organisation on Payroll related system-changes

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Very good level of affinity to and experience with Payroll solutions, ideally with SAP HR
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented work style
  • Team player mentality
  • Strong customer focus and service minded
  • International mind-set; experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team
  • Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance
  • Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or Commercial education
  • Minimum 2 years of overall work experience within a Payroll Services or Finance department
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Dutch Language required
  • Experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications
