Senior Manager Change Management (m/f)

Purpose:

 

Support Change Management projects and innovation; act as reliable back office and Change expert for in-house consulting. Support the successful execution of change management initiatives throughout the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the organisation by providing change experience with the objective of ensuring organisational readiness to accept and sustain the introduced changes
  • Develop and implement innovative tools which support the education of individuals within the organisation concerning change processes (e.g. deliver a holistic understanding of changes to their work and their specific role, creating a understanding of the connection to the overall strategy and goals)
  • Support the back office for in-house consulting as well as the responsible director(s)
  • Support and implement an integrated change management programme to ensure consistency, alignment, and effective service delivery across the overall change effort
  • Implement the standards set by the supervisors regarding change processes and management within the organisation
  • Support the further development of change management through active research and benchmarking in order to define the most relevant fields of development for the adidas Group

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Ability to manage complex projects on a global level, ability to manage different stakeholders from employee to senior levels as well as the ability to facilitate workshops
  • Proven experience in the support and execution of change management projects
  • Capability  to identify change needs and ability to handle the necessary tools to deal with change processes
  • Business acumen: proven project management experience, experienced both in strategic as well as design or creative thinking
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as expertise in the field of change management
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a focus on timelines and quality
  • Ability to work under pressure while ensuring high-quality work in the field of change management

     

    Requisite Education and Experience:

     

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5-8 years work experience, minimum of 3 years progressive work experience in change management (preferably in an international organisation)
  • Internship or studies abroad
  • English fluent (written and oral)
  • Advanced MS Office skills, SAP experience is a plus
