SCM Digital Learning Specialist (m/f)

This Position can be staffed in Regensburg or Frankfurt.
Learning is an important part of employee development in times of Industry 4.0 and a constantly changing market environment. As a specialist in digital learning you work on new training methods, programs and content and therefore create the conditions for an optimal and fast learning success of our trainees in the field of supply chain management. You are part of a worldwide training organization and work closely with the regional training centers.
Your tasks are in detail:
Learning Program Management
  • Definition, set up and management of global training and qualification programs in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Analysis of training needs and driving SCM Competency Management (worldwide)
  • Creation, implementation and evaluation of effective eLearning development measures
    Training preparation and execution
  • Creation of eLearning programs as well as training materials and media
  • Continuous improvement of training processes, tools and methods
  • Execution of trainings, e.g. Classical Face to Face, Net-Training
    Collaboration and support
  • Collaboration with regional learning center
  • Management and support of SCM projects and initiatives
  • Support of Business Units and plants to realize sustainable process changes/improvements and Industry 4.0 implementations within Automotive
  • Academic degree in Business Economics, Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in designing and successfully implementing classic and digital learning solutions
  • Knowledge in developing formal and informal learning elements, e.g. eLearning, digital nuggets, video training
  • Solid knowledge of didactical and pedagogical methods
  • Knowledge in SCM process (material, information, value flow ) and Industry 4.0
  • Advanced knowledge in Learning Management Systems, authoring tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate), image processing and web technologies
  • Business fluent English and German language skills written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills
  • Intercultural experience
