We are recruiting an Account Management (Sales Support) Specialist to assist our sales team in Frankfurt. The Account Management Specialist has a diverse role that includes: assisting the sales team throughout the sales cycle, administrative management of orders, and supporting some of our clients in using our online assessment platform - TalentCentral. The Account Management Specialist will also become an internal expert in the usage of our CRM, Salesforce. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate client correspondence

  • Manage direct client queries and requests
  • Assist with collecting client feedback
  • Preparing presentation material
  • Organizes and prepares client meetings (scheduling, logistics, meeting notes)

Leads Processing 
  • Lead analysis and qualification
  • Manage leads queue
  • Build and research client lists

TalentCentral specialist:
  • Keeps updated on new platform features and informs clients as well as colleagues.
  • Knows the features of our online assessment products and our pricing policy.  
  • Monitors usage by our clients and proactively reports to the Sales Team. 
  • Regularly creates reports and forecasts from Salesforce on the sales activity.

Order Management
  • Manages Order Forms and other contractual documents. 
  • Creates, checks and follows-up orders. Reports on Salesforce.

Reporting to Management
  • Creates analysis reports from Salesforce or TalentCentral.
  • Price list
  • Account/Invoice analysis
  • Ad-hoc requests






Qualifications

 
Qualifications 
A successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer facing team (sales or customer services), ideally in the Consulting or Professional Services industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English and in German. 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and an expert level on Excel. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • High attention to details and a structured approach.
  • Strong work ethic and a focus on results.
