We seek for a Sales Promoter (m/f) for North German Region.


Your tasks:

  • Sales activities as preparing and implementing action plans, developing strategies, target customer segments, sales plans
  • Demand creation and regional business planning, making grower contacts
  • Distributors & dealer communication on products, pricing and trading terms
  • Visit and provide advise to assigned and selected retail outlets
  • Organize and establish appropriate field activities to promote Monsanto products
  • Develop and establish field promotions through media
  • Establish timely and accurately forecasting based on market information, product positioning and competition
  • Build credibility, trust and end-user perceived value



  Your profile:


  • University Degree in Agronomy/Agriculture/Horticulture


  • Crop protection Certificate (PS-Nachweis) preferred but not mandatory

  • Interests in field activities 

  • Agronomy and Commercial Skills

  • Customer Oriented, 

  • Results orientation

  • organizational and planning

  • autonomy and self-motivation

  • Driver license

  • Communication & Presentation skill s
