This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional to join a company on the forefront of forward thinking innovation, and to enable your customers to shape the future of making things.


  • Manage accounts through the entire sales process, physically, at the customer site
  • Prepare and execute business plans for each account
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted German manufacturing accounts
  • Collaborate with technical sales experts, channel partners, and other internal and external members of our sales organization
  • Provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry and strategic marketing teams
  • Be a Trusted Advisor for customers and identify win/win situations, thus helping our customers and Autodesk to develop success reference stories

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. manufacturing, engineering, supply chain management, economics…) or equivalent educational / professional experience
  • Proven track record in complex direct and/or channel IT solution sales, preferably in a subscription-based SaaS model
  • Passionate and excited about trends and innovations in engineering and technology
  • Existing network within the German manufacturing industry
  • Autonomous, proactive and collaborative work style
  • Excellent communication skills in German – both spoken and written - and a good command of English are a must
