The research is based on field measurements, analysis of long term data and numerical model studies. IOW cooperates with national and international partners. The project starts 1. July 2018.
The tasks comprise (1) processing and statistical analysis of large climate data sets, (2) process studies with a numerical circulation and ecosystem model, (3) participation in field work on cruises, (4) publication of results in reviewed papers and presentation on conferences and (5) organisation of and lecturing in capacity building workshops.
