Tasks regarding Jishuken:
  • Coordinate on-site performance workshops worldwide (Jishuken events) focused on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and cycle time improvements, including events preparation and follow up of action plan
  • Consolidate and maintain performance data base from all BU ADAS (Business Unit Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) production sites worldwide, using common information platforms (ADAS net ; Sharepoint)
  • Lead monthly performance review meetings, including regular follow up of open tasks
  • Weekly performance tracking review, including gap to target analysis, improvement effectiveness check and management presentation
  • Quarterly consolidation and reporting of ADAS Operations KPIs
  • Cooperation taskforce projects with the lead plant CBS (Continental Business System) team for special customer demands
  • On demand support for plants performance initiatives
    Support ADAS Operations special projects
    Tasks regarding Lessons Learned:
  • Method support, process maintenance, controlling and tracking, user support, general coordination
  • Evaluates and rejects or accepts lesson proposals
  • Ensure collection, documentation, evaluation, elevation, distribution, reuse and implementation of lessons in ADAS operations and plants world wide
  • Support cross-plant collaboration and knowledge transfer
  • Facilitate regular workshops to improve managed lessons larned performance
  • Manage and distribute requests for read across implementation from operations level to worldwide ADAS plants
  • Verify implementation on BU Operations & Plants level
  • Provide support for managed lessons learned users and lessons learned specialists
  • Implementation responsibles and local lessons learned managers in the BU Operations & Plants
  • Report BU Operations & Plants managed lessons learned status to track and control the managed lessons learned performance
  • Monitor BU Operations & Plants related lessons to assure high quality
  • Successfully completed degree
  • Technical know-how regarding production equipment (electronics production)
  • Experience in the area optimization of production
  • Knowledge in the area of lean management and lean production
  • Moderation and presentation skills
  • Coaching education, train the trainer or similar
  • (Functional, project) leadership skills, leading remote teams
  • Confident in using the usual MS Office programs
  • Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Structured working style
  • Team working skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
