    As Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the management and optimization of partner campaigns for the brand.

    This role has budget and performance responsibility for a variety of partners, including Facilitated partners, Meta partners and Affiliates with the objective of optimizing & growing transaction volumes at target marketing efficiencies.

    Core to the role is working collaboratively with a range of internal teams (Analytics, Finance, Pricing, Product, Development and other Expedia brands) across Europe and the US.

    This position will report to the Head of EU Partner Marketing at and will be based in Hamburg.

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Direct partner relationship management: Day to day management and development of online partnerships including Metasearch and other key partners. ​
    • Optimization activity: Perform regular tests (ad-copy, landing pages, white-listing supply, commercials, etc.) and monitor/report on results.
    • Outstanding problem solver – strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
    • Help define and implement new best methodologies
    • Performance analysis and reporting: Daily use of reporting tools to provide actionable insights and feed into weekly performance and trading meetings. ​
    • Tracking implementation: Ensure correct tracking is in place for all relevant activity to facilitate reporting and decision making​

    Your Skills & Attributes: ​

    • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; and very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions
    • Drive for results: Autonomous and results focused
    • Relationship Management: Positive relationship builder; earns the confidence of others; Bridges and sustains solid partnerships based on mutual support through a collaborative style
    • Ability to identify the decision-making style of partners in order to influence direction of decisions even when holding a position contrary to the majority
    • Proven ability to influence others along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with multiple partners – internal/external/remote
    • Able to work independently as well as be a team player, always seeking to improve team and organizational performance
    • Preferred skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Omniture, Tableau

    Your experience and qualification:

    • Minimum of 3 years experiences in partner marketing and/or business development
    • University or Master’s degree (preferred); degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration etc.
    • Experience in ecommerce, travel or technical partner integrations is a plus
    • Ideal experience: OTA, bid management, Metasearch partner optimization, Search engine optimization
