Manager Diversity & WLI -6 month- (m/f)

Purpose:

 

Support the definition of diversity strategy while assessing and identifying new initiatives and areas for improvement in running Diversity & Inclusion projects. Prepare and run global and local diversity projects, communication activities and events while ensuring that these projects and initiatives are progressing towards their targets in order to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the further development of Diversity & Inclusion concepts through active research and benchmarking in order to define the most relevant initiatives for adidas Group
  • Identify, implement and manage communication activities and events for Diversity & Inclusion
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR Internal and External Communication activities in close cooperation with Internal and External Communication teams to improve and increase the transparency of Diversity & Inclusion Events and initiatives
  • Prepare & organize cross-functional events (for example Global Diversity Day & Women@Work) including the design of the events, the coordination of internal and external Event-Teams/guest speaker and other parties to guarantee an smoothly and professional running event
  • Build and maintain good working alliances with the global HR Team, internal customers as well as the DAX30 Diversity Team, external service contractor and governments
  • Best Practice research, development and exchange on diversity topics and creation of presentations to give insight on various projects
  • Proactively communicate Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to employees and senior management
  • Serve as a primary contact for Diversity & Inclusion related questions to employees, management, Networks (LGTB, Women networking) as well as other adidas Group diversity teams globally
  • Support and undertake HR efficiency initiatives

  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects & tasks simultaneously with a focus in timelines and quality

 

Requisite Education and Experience:

 

  • Apprenticeship or University degree
  • Min. 3-4  years of professional experience preferably in HR Management/Communication/Events
  • German and English fluent (verbally and in writing)
  • Good MS Office user knowledge, ideally SAP knowledge
