IT Service Management Consultant & Coordinator (m/f)
The position may be staffed in Regensburg or Frankfurt
Our international team ensures the implementation of Process­ and Service Management standards across the Automotive IT and provides direct support for our organization to handle IT services and develop processes in a proper manner. These topics include:
  • Process definition, improvement and implementation in alignment with IT­ and business organization
  • Coordination of Service Management activities for the global IT Competence Centers and regions
  • Training, consulting & communication of Service Management topics on division side
  • Planning and controlling of IT Service quality
  • Steering, development and implementation of processes and tools to automate IT services based on industry standards (ITIL)
  • Management of projects to drive Automotive IT towards efficiency and quality in the scope of Service­ and Process Management
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of working experience in the above mentioned fields
  • Solid knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL)
  • Experience in Architecture Management and Project Management
  • Experience in organizational change management
  • Several years of experience in process development including concepts for KPIs
  • Reliable MS Office skills
  • Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills and capability to discuss technological concepts
  • Strategic thinking and orientation
