Position Overview
The Customer Service Specialist - eStore will support our international online store clients, ensuring they get the most out of Autodesk’s software solutions. After a thorough onboarding and training period, you will facilitate learning and the exchange of knowledge to maximize client satisfaction, and act as a vital member of our team of dedicated Customer Service Specialists in our German headquarters in Munich. The team is part of our larger Client Services structure, which focusses on supporting Autodesk partners as well as direct clients in regards to order management, instant access and non-instant access issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, chat, web and email
  • Analyze customer queries and research information to solve each request
  • Collaborate with team members as well as other departments (i.e. technical support, IT, sales, management) to resolve these issues
  • Meet Service Levels Agreements, ensuring each customer’s request is fully resolved to their satisfaction
  • Promote the purchase of Autodesk products by giving recommendations, identifying upsell opportunities and qualifying leads
  • Document requests and resolutions to promote knowledge sharing. Add to the Autodesk Knowledge Base by creating self-help content
  • Build and develop trusted and sustainable customer relationships

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in a customer service function, demonstrating empathy, ownership and a strong client focus
  • Fluency in German, English and either French or Italian – both written and spoken - is a must
  • Collaborative work style and a passion for networking
  • Analytical and flexible approach to researching and executing problem resolutions
  • Excellent communication skills in intercultural environments, particularly when conveying technical information, product features or step-by-step problem resolutions
  • User experience working with SAP and / or Salesforce a plus
