Job Summary:

For ICON we are looking for a CTA / Records Management Associate (m/w) for a maternity leave cover to step in and support our team in Munich. If you have first experience in clinical documentation and you are interested to work office based in Munich we would like to get to know you.


Roles & Responsibilities of the position

• Assisting with creating, formatting, and maintaining all Trial Master Files (TMF) for assigned projects.
• Ensuring documents are maintained and filed appropriately in the secure Records Room.
• Assisting with performing study start-up, maintenance and closure activities under general supervision, ensuring timelines and deliverables on assigned projects are met or exceeded.
• Utilizing and demonstrating proficiency in RM-related IT tools such as the optical character recognition system, imaging system, and the site relationship management system.
• Prospectively identifying RM issues that impact the study and escalating them to the RM Group Leader.
• Assisting in the development of RM departmental and project-specific processes and procedures.
• Assisting with archiving and/or off-site storage and retrieval of documentation and materials as necessary.
• Participating in the improvement of the Quality Assurance System.
• Completing other appropriate duties, as assigned by the manager, which require similar skills in accordance with business needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum two years college degree or an equivalent combination of work experience and education preferably in a scientific discipline or health-related.
• Six months to one year of experience in records administration in clinical research.
• Fluent English, German is nice to have.
• Very good IT user skills with MS-Office and databases.
