Your future responsibilities

 

  • Work in an agile Team as assistant to all EAT (extended account team) colleagues
  • Update and maintain Data in OneViewCX CRM System, organize mailinglists (e.g. for gifts and  marketing), generate reports as requested from various Amadeus departments
  • Administrate and control change request cycle (signature of legal deocuments, central storage, delivery, billing)
  • Assist in consolidation of billing data for our airline customers,  act as main interface to our internal revenue management (RM). Update RM with new commercials agreed. Conduct regular account invoicing “sanity checks” and flag potential missing revenues
  • Coordinate and support contract management items, manage order forms, LOIs, gather info for NDAs
  • Prepare, update and maintain templates
  • Support in specific projects and tasks as needed
  • Organization and preparation of customer meetings as well as team events, conference support (incl. travel arrangements if necessary)

 

Your profile:

 

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent computing skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills,
  • Strong intercultural competence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Proactive, ready to propose new ideas for improvements
  • Affinity to work together with colleagues and customers
  • Previous experience with Amadeus or the Airline Industry is a plus
