In Marketing, you’ll be the ones who first capture our consumers’ imaginations, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands. You’ll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty.

Budget and Administration Assistant (m/f)
Chocolate and Marketing team
part-time (50%)
Core Responsibilities: 

  • A&C budget coordination of the Chocolate team.
  • Spending Review Coordination for the whole Chocolate Team (Marketing/Sales).
  • Budget and administration topics including month end, reclass bookings.
  • Be on track with the relevant budget process and changes of the process to support the team. 
  • A&C new year budget coordination with close communication to Controlling and the responsible Manager Marketing Chocolate. 
  • Participating in special projects
  • Support for Purchasing Orders and Goods Receipt creation. 
  • Support for application of internal budget shifts. 
  • Taking over cases of unpaid invoices - if possible. 
  • Support during '' Year-End (Jahresabschluss)'' period with creation of ''Rueckstellungen''



To be successful in this position we will need you to have:

  • Experience in administrative positions
  • Very good skills of Excel. 
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
  • Being organized and able work in a dynamic environment
