After Market Sales Professional (f/m) in Hamburg (part-time, limited to 18 months)
After Sales – Vestas Central Europe Service Department
The main focus of the After Sales Professional is to sell Vestas’ spare parts, repair, main-components and fleet optimization products to boost after-market revenue. Hereby the after sales team is responsible for sale of all after sales solutions for all German service and spare part customers.

  • Selling spare parts, repairs (T&M), main component exchanges and wind fleet optimisation programs
  • Responsible for the whole after sales process by creating, handling and following up on quotations
  • Being a professional sales team with a high customer focus to increase customer satisfaction
  • Advice customer on solutions and customise offers to customer needs
  • Through active customer communication act on leads generated from sales campaigns to optimize sales
  • Record with Team Lead and our customers the market needs to provide input to short and medium term product development strategy
  • Creation of customer information sheets (CIS) and sales prices for products for continuous improvement for wind turbines
  • Support and coordination for the implementation of new sales products for the multibrand area (for various turbine manufacturers)

  • Strong sales capabilities with several years of experience in selling parts and repairs preferable within an industrial or OEM service organization
  • Bachelor degree or educational background as industrial business education (Industriekaufmann (m/f)) with very good technical
  • Good skills in the MS office package and fast learner with experience from working with and CRM tools - preferably SAP IT skills
  • Fluent in German and Proficiency in English

  • Can communicate complex technical topics and get a sale through (especially over the phone)
  • Focus on customer needs in the market (price and scope of service)
  • Good in structuring and analyzing customer data
